The director of NCBTC is Eric J. Fox.

He has been an active minister of the

gospel since 1987, when he was ordained by Full Gospel Assemblies International.

He and his wife Tina have been married for 48 years, and they have

5 children and 18 grandchildren.

NCBTC is a three-year Bible training school, open to the general public, where individuals can be trained for ministry, or can simply attend for spiritual growth. Classes are held at Maitland Lane Free Methodist Church in New Castle, PA.
We have three semesters per year (summers off), with two different classes offered each semester, on Monday evenings from 7:00-9:15pm.
All teachers are pastors, or men who have been teaching the Bible for many years.
If a person is attending for spiritual growth only, there is no charge for the classes - only a yearly registration fee of $25
If taken for credit and diploma there is a cost of $25 per semester to cover materials - in addition to the yearly registration fee.

If a student is interested in graduation and receiving a diploma from the school, the following are required:

Full attendance, with 2 absences allowed per semester. Teachings are available for make-up on the school website, accessed with a password.
18 courses completed, each with some homework, a little memor-ization and a final exam (at least 15 courses will be books of the Bible; the rest will be extra-Biblical courses, like "Church History," "Formation of the Bible," etc.)
One simple book report each semester, on a classic Christian book we will make available
A minimum of 5 days of hands-on service with an approved ministry
